Lucius Barnes Barbour papers, 1914-1929.

Two army appointments and a resolution by the Ex Libris Club. The 1922 document appoints Barbour a Major in the Adjutant General's Officers' Reserve Corps. Barbour was appointed Major, Auxiliary in the Army of the United States. The Ex Libris Club's resolution was in support of Barbour as he prepared to participate in the United States occupation of Veracruz.
